It is really starting to feel like a home away from home. This is a great location because not only can you visit all the theme parks; it is also only an hour drive to Tampa or Cocoa Beach. We love the house, the pool and the spa. It makes it a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you Larry & Cathy. (April 2010) We loved it here. (April 2009) We had a wonderful Florida vacation and had a great time staying in your beautiful house. It was decorated so nice and all the attention to detail made it feel like home. The amount of space was perfect for 2 families with young kids and they loved the pool and hot tub. I think we are spoiled now though, I can’t imagine staying in a hotel for a future big family vacation after the great week we had here. We hope to be back again. Thanks for having us. (February 2010) Your home was beautiful. We were so excited to come home every day from a long day at the parks and have a place to relax and socialize with family. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner by the pool every day. Sure beats 20 inches of snow and below zero temps back in Iowa Your kitchen and bedding facilities provided everything we needed. We walked into the home and everything was so clean and beautiful. The grill was onsite as requested and we really appreciate all the notes on grocery shopping and directions to parks. Cannot say anything bad, the hosue was perfect. Thank you so much for making our family vacation wonderful. (January/February 2010) Your home is beautiful. Very clean, spacious, well laid out and gorgeous furnishings. You are so kind to open your home to us at such reasonable rates. The location is great. We have rented four other Orlando area properties and you have been the most helpful (maps, suggestions for stores, etc). We will be most interested in returning to Happy’s Hideaway for our next Disney World vacation. No negatives, you are doing a great job!
