- Minimum 7 night stay during major holiday weeks
- $100 cleaning fees on bookings for less than 5 nights
- To ensure our main pool is comfortable we set the thermostat to 85 degrees and offer a sliding pool heat rate scale depending on time of year. This rate scale is based upon our true pool heating costs
